It's been said that change is inevitable. And, we are changing, a LOT!

Lake Country Brewing has a philosophy that we call "Crawl, Walk, Run". We need to crawl, before we walk, we need to walk before we run.  We have mostly been at the crawl stage since we opened in February 2023. But, soon, we will be able to stand and take a few more steps.  We are working hard to create a strong foundation with exceptional craft beer, in a great space, with fun and friendly staff. 

Our head brewer, Sam Chard, is beginning to master the brewhouse that we have constructed in the back of our brewery; he is a passionate creator with a commitment to his craft that is evident any time you have a conversation with him about beer. If you get the chance, just ask him something about beer; you'll enjoy the experience.

Our serving staff are committed to our tap room vision of "friendly and fun". We hope that the music and vibe is to your liking, but, if not, just ask your server to change up the tunes. Challenge them to "Lake Country Trivia", a bit of back and forth that can be engaging and entertaining. Or, just ask them where you can find the playing cards, the crib board, the cornhole game, the crokinole board, the Uno cards, the barrel of monkeys, and all the other games we keep on hand.

Our tap room is an ongoing work in progress. Following the regulatory process has been a challenge, but every day we get a bit closer to the end goal. We look forward to the  patio season ahead. If the sun is out, join us on the patio for a cold beer. 

Events are becoming more common at our brewery. We can host your corporate event, organizational meetings, birthday anniversary or baby reveal parties. We are now set up for private group functions from 20 to 100 people.  Our layout,  decor and seating are ever changing, so it will probably look just a bit different the next time you are in.  Watch for upcoming music events, comedy shows, paint and sip nights, country music days, and more.

Our lineup of beer is our claim to fame. With a small batch brewhouse, we are able to continuously change our beer menu. With 16 taps dedicated to our own beer, we go the distance to have something for everyone. We hope to be adding more food and beverage options to our taproom sometime soon. Keep an eye out for new ideas coming soon.

I am incredibly excited for what's to come. I promise there will be good beer when you get here, with fun and friendly service in a great space, right here in Lake Country.
